Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected areas across Pakistan.

  • Customers are requested to receive their parcels on time.

  • Fake or unnecessary orders may result in order restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Parcel is allowed to open before payment (if applicable).

  • Exchange is only possible for damaged or wrong items.

  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days after receiving the parcel.
